We know you will be delighted with the quality of any Equine Express product. Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product, it may be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We cannot refund delivery charges, nor can we refund any costs incurred by yourself if you return a product .
