Our websites www.expressequine.co.uk, www.aviform.co.uk and www.muscleform.co.uk are intended solely for consumers wishing to order Aviform supplements and Muscleform sports nutrition products.

Our opening hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Our products can also be ordered via telephone on the above number or submitted in writing to the above address.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us. All prices shown/quoted are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Price applicable is the valid price at the time of ordering.Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order and goods will be dispatched within 48 hours during the working week unless otherwise informed. Payment can be made by debit/credit card, Paypal, cheque or BACS payment.

Delivery charges are payable on all telephone orders under £100 unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are payable on some products for website orders under £100 unless otherwise stated.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to cancel then please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.  A cancellation notice is provided for you to complete here (link) or if you would rather not use this form you may contact us by email, telephone or in writing, in which case we ask you to please ensure you provide sufficient information so that we can identify your order.  Then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund you.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund on receipt, including the cost of initial postage at the standard rate current at that time. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement where we feel that our guarantee process is being abused. Our 30-day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Please note the following:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The cost of returning the item to us is only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

The return policy does not apply to:

Items collected in store.

Goods and services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, and cannot be controlled by the trader.

Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised.

Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
